Program H: A Review of the Evidence | Equimundo


This review on Program H – a gender-transformative approach designed to engage young men in changing gender norms related to masculinities that perpetuate gender inequality – brings together findings from 14 impact evaluations that have been carried out in 12 countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Chile, Croatia, Ethiopia, India, Kosovo, Namibia, Rwanda, Serbia, the United States, and Vietnam. It highlights findings from studies that were the most robust in terms of evaluation methodology or sample size and that included a substantial portion of the original Program H activities. The review includes three randomized controlled trials, nine quasi experimental designs, and two pre-post evaluations (without a comparison group), with sample sizes ranging from 100 to more than 3,000. The timing of follow-up varied across sites, but most surveys occurred directly after the intervention ended, approximately three to six months after baseline. Several studies were designed to compare the impact of Program H group education versus a campaign or a combined intervention (group education plus campaign).
The invitation to boys to reflect on and interrogate how they have learned to 'be' men is a rare, unique and important opportunity, particularly in a school setting where they are first testing out relationships with their classmates. Program H engages boys in a guided curriculum, facilitated by a trained mentor, that leads them to come to new understandings of themselves, others and the world around them and promotes as outcomes healthier, more consensual romantic/sexual relationships, allyship for girls and women, and non-violence

pa onda odsiječe ku*ac i napravi pi*ku...

protiv takvih postupaka je trebao raditi Putin zajedno s desnim opcijama Europe

pa da, tako pise na ovom linku gore, u ime gender pravde moramo postat gender equitable, (odnosno vi  ) inace se nece postic odrzivi razvoj. Izmedju ostalog to jos treba uvezat sa degrowth programom da bi odrzivi razvoj uspio. Al ne brinem ja za vas vi imate senfa sto znaci da ste na dobrom putu da razvoj zaista krene unazad, i gradjanski odgoj sto ce da ostvari equitable gender pravdu

mudu muskarcima treba stvorit rodnu svijest a ne ostat na pogresnoj svijesti koja stvara potlaciteljski sustav heteronormativnosti

prije par dana sam čuo, ne znam više tko je govorio...


kaže, istina je da su muškarci svugdje bili privilegirani kroz povijest...
kamene blokove za piramide su vukli muškarci...
u rudnicima su uvijek radili muškarci...
u rovovima su uvijek bili muškarci...
kuće su gradili uvijek muškarci...
radili su i privrjeđivali za obitelj muškarci...

jedino su na 'titanicu' prednost imale žene...
