Рядом с цехом сборки построен многофункциональный полигон с различными покрытиями для проверки работы подвески, тормозной системы и рулевого управления. Цех производства компонентов включает литьевой цех элементов интерьера и экстерьера, зону сварки выхлопной системы и линию сборки автомобильных сидений.
Для обеспечения качества используется система оповещения ANDON, с помощью которой осуществляется быстрое реагирование при управлении на производстве.
 

 
Напомним, что вслед за моделью F7, согласно ранее озвученным планам марки, на конвейер должно встать оригинальное кросс-купе Haval F7X, построенное на той же платформе – его продажи планируется начать в сентябре. Кроме того, по предварительным сведениям, Haval собирается локализовать в России и сборку флагманского рамного внедорожника H9, в топовой комплектации считающегося самым дорогим «китайцем» в России. Четвертой же моделью в следующем году может стать вовсе не наиболее востребованный в России кроссовер H6, а его компактный сородич H2.

ajmo sad ozbiljno...Kinezi su u svemiru..pametnom dovoljno..elektroniku imaju bolju nego Europa u svim segmentima..mehanika je u svih vec dosegla iznimne visine..najproblematicniji auti su europski,bas po pitanju elektronike..

da ne spominjem one famozne Fauveove TSI i TFSI katastrofe..bila je jedna tema prije mjesec dana,bas po pitanju toga..
