Pusti ga 5h prije da se moci u vinu.
Omeksati ce ga.
Ja stavim i ruzmarina.
A sve ovisi i o tome na kolike ces kockice meso verpa narezati...
Kasnije to vino dodas u sugo cca 30min prije kraja kuhanja...

a možda je vepar naprosto bio star..
ima li kupiti divljači u mesnicama?

E ja ti divljac uvijek dobijem od nekoga...

Tate, svekra, kumovog oca itd...

Nikada nisam isla u mesnicu bas s namjerom kupovine divljaci.

ulje, ocat, crno vino, voda, korjenasto povrće (mrkva, celer, pastrnjak), luk, češnjak, biber u zrnu, lovor, 5-6 klinčića...sve prokuhati i zaliti meso, pa ostaviti 24 h..uz okretanje

Tikvice narezes na kockice, pomijesas s jaajima jogurtom kukuruznim i obicnim brasnom, sol papar prasak za pecivo, malo ulja i zapeces. Ha dodam i malo parmezana.

Evo recept. Meni je trebalo malo vise palente dodat i stavila sam parmezana. Nemoj rendat, nego bas na kockice. Mozes i klincima za uzinu.
