Na kanalu Jutjub osvanuo je snimak na kojem se jasno vidi kako jedan vatrogasac iz Sarajeva manja žarišta, nastala od požara, gasi vodom iz šoljice za čaj.

Požar se dogodio danas u naselju Alipašino polje i nažalost, u njemu su u eksploziji plinske boce nastradali stariji supružnici. Vatrogasci su imali pune ruke posla, a kako bi što pre i što efikasnije ugasili preostala žarišta, to su činili i šoljicama za čaj.

Prema informacijama sarajevskih medija, ova akcija vatrogasaca, nevezano za slučaj „šoljice za čaj“, nije naišla na pohvale kod meštana naselja Alipašino polje koji su ih dobro iskritikovali zbog neažurnosti.
Požar se dogodio na 11. spratu u soliteru u Geteovoj ulici.[/size]

Radiation inside one of the damaged reactors at the Fukushima nuclear power facility has reached an “unimaginable” level according to experts.

Because so much nuclear material from Fukushima escaped into the Pacific Ocean, there are many scientists that believe that it was the worst environmental disaster in human history, but most people in the general population seem to think that since the mainstream media really doesn’t talk about it anymore that everything must be under control. Unfortunately, that is not true at all. In fact, PBS reported just last year that “it is incorrect to say that Fukushima is under control when levels of radioactivity in the ocean indicate ongoing leaks“. And now we have just learned that the radiation level inside reactor 2 is so high that no human could possibly survive being exposed to it.

According to the Japan Times, the level of radiation inside the containment vessel of reactor 2 is now estimated to be “530 sieverts per hour”…

The radiation level in the containment vessel of reactor 2 at the crippled Fukushima No. 1 power plant has reached a maximum of 530 sieverts per hour, the highest since the triple core meltdown in March 2011, Tokyo Electric Power Co. Holdings Inc. said.
Tepco said on Thursday that the blazing radiation reading was taken near the entrance to the space just below the pressure vessel, which contains the reactor core.
The high figure indicates that some of the melted fuel that escaped the pressure vessel is nearby.

It is hard to find the words to convey how serious this is.

If you were exposed to a radiation level of just 10 sieverts per hour, that would mean almost certain death. So 530 sieverts per hour is simply off the charts. According to the Guardian, this recent measurement is being described by scientists as “unimaginable”…

The recent reading, described by some experts as “unimaginable”, is far higher than the previous record of 73 sieverts an hour in that part of the reactor.
A single dose of one sievert is enough to cause radiation sickness and nausea; 5 sieverts would kill half those exposed to it within a month, and a single dose of 10 sieverts would prove fatal within weeks.

And the really bad news is that there appears to be a 2 meter hole that was created by melted nuclear fuel “in the metal grating under the pressure vessel in the reactor’s primary containment vessel”. The following comes from Bloomberg…

New photographs show what may be melted nuclear fuel sitting under one of Japan’s wrecked Fukushima reactors, a potential milestone in the search and retrieval of the fuel almost six years after it was lost in one of the worst atomic disasters in history.
Tokyo Electric Power Co. Holdings Inc., Japan’s biggest utility, released images on Monday showing a grate under the Fukushima Dai-Ichi No. 2 reactor covered in black residue. The company, better known as Tepco, may send in a scorpion-like robot as soon as February to determine the temperature and radioactivity of the residue.

If that isn’t frightening enough, one Japanese news source is reporting that this melted nuclear fuel “has since come in contact with underground water flowing from the mountain side”…

In order to dismantle the reactor, it is necessary to take out the melted fuel, but high radiation levels inside the reactor had hampered work to locate the melted debris.

If this disaster was just limited to Japan, the entire northern hemisphere would not be at risk.

But that is not the case.

Most of the nuclear contamination from Fukushima ended up in the Pacific Ocean, and from there it was literally taken around the rest of the planet. The following was reported by PBS…

More than 80 percent of the radioactivity from the damaged reactors ended up in the Pacific — far more than reached the ocean from Chernobyl or Three Mile Island. Of this, a small fraction is currently on the seafloor — the rest was swept up by the Kuroshio current, a western Pacific version of the Gulf Stream, and carried out to sea where it mixed with (and was diluted by) the vast volume of the North Pacific.

We don’t know if there is a connection, but it is extremely interesting to note that fisheries up and down the west coast of the United States are failing because of a dramatic decrease in fish populations. Just check out the following excerpt from a story that was posted on January 18th…

U.S. Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker today determined there are commercial fishery failures for nine salmon and crab fisheries in Alaska, California and Washington.
In recent years, each of these fisheries experienced sudden and unexpected large decreases in fish stock biomass or loss of access due to unusual ocean and climate conditions. This decision enables fishing communities to seek disaster relief assistance from Congress.

Things are particularly bad up in Alaska, and biologists are “stumped” as to why this could be happening…

In 2016, the pink salmon harvests in Kodiak, Prince William Sounds, Chignik and lower Cook Inlet came in woefully under forecast and stumped biologists as to why.
The estimated value of Kodiak’s 2016 haul was $2.21 million, compared to a five-year average of $14.64 million, and in Prince William Sound the ex-vessel value was $6.6 million, far less that the $44 million five-year average. The total state harvest was the smallest since the late 1970s.
Although state biologists weren’t ready to declare a cause for the poor pink salmon performance, the Commerce Department press release attributed the disasters to “unusual ocean and climate conditions.”

Further south, it was being reported last month that millions of dead sardinesare washing up on the shores of Chile.

I could go on and on with a lot more examples like this, but hopefully you get the point.

Something really strange is happening in the Pacific, and a lot of people believe that there is a link to Fukushima.

Not too long ago, I wrote about how the elite of Silicon Valley are “feverishly prepping“, but the truth is that all of us should be. But it is definitely a very important piece. The nuclear material from Fukushima is continuously entering the food chain, and once that nuclear material gets into our bodies it will slowly irradiate our organs for years to come. The following is an excerpt from an absolutely outstanding opinion piece by Helen Caldicott that was published in the Guardian…

Internal radiation, on the other hand, emanates from radioactive elements which enter the body by inhalation, ingestion, or skin absorption. Hazardous radionuclides such as iodine-131, caesium 137, and other isotopes currently being released in the sea and air around Fukushima bio-concentrate at each step of various food chains (for example into algae, crustaceans, small fish, bigger fish, then humans; or soil, grass, cow’s meat and milk, then humans). After they enter the body, these elements – called internal emitters – migrate to specific organs such as the thyroid, liver, bone, and brain, where they continuously irradiate small volumes of cells with high doses of alpha, beta and/or gamma radiation, and over many years, can induce uncontrolled cell replication – that is, cancer. Further, many of the nuclides remain radioactive in the environment for generations, and ultimately will cause increased incidences of cancer and genetic diseases over time.

Sadly, this crisis is going to be with us for a very, very long time.

According to Bloomberg, they are not even going to start removing melted nuclear fuel from these reactors until 2021, and it is being projected that the overall cleanup “may take as long as 40 years”…

Decommissioning the reactors will cost 8 trillion yen ($70.4 billion), according to an estimate in December from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Removing the fuel is one of the most important steps in a cleanup that may take as long as 40 years.
The unprecedented nature of the Fukushima disaster means that Tepco is pinning its efforts on technology not yet invented to get the melted fuel out of the reactors.
The company aims to decide on a fuel removal procedure for the first reactor during the fiscal year ending March 2019, and to begin removing fuel in 2021.

A lot of people that end up dying as a result of this crisis may never even know that it was Fukushima that caused their deaths.

Personally, I am convinced that this is the greatest environmental crisis that humanity has ever experienced, and if the latest reading from reactor 2 is any indication, things just took a very serious turn for the worse.

One year later, Musk mentioned that construction of a tunnel could begin in Los Angeles by the end of February.
Musk hasn’t fallen short of his promise – his new boring machine began to dig a tunnel as part of a demonstration at SpaceX’s Hyperloop Pod Competition last weekend. Although the machine has only created a mere hole, his team plans to eventually construct a full-fledged tunnel.
Musk hasn’t been too clear about how the tunnel will function, but the Hyperloop could be involved – after, it is supposed to be able to work above or below ground. Musk has, at the very least, not denied the connection:

Although tunneling machines already exist, Musk’s company would be unique because the machines would make tunneling faster, speeding up the digging process almost tenfold compared to conventional methods. If Musk’s boring machine can make tunneling quicker and easier, underground transit could also become more popular. Tunnels would be a solution to heavy traffic, especially in urban areas, as well as a potential way to bring transportation into buildings.
Musk isn’t exactly serious about creating a separate entity called “The Boring Company.” Thankfully, the project fits into Tesla’s mission to alleviate traffic which, in turn, will reduce fuel consumption and emissions.
His boring machine is also in line with SpaceX’s mission to eventually settle a colony on Mars. It could be used to test the viability of tunnel construction on the Red Planet, creating underground habitats that would protect people from extreme cold, low pressure, and high radiation.[/size]

Сама чињеница да један политичар ради оно што је рекао да ће да уради изгледа да је нервно растројила његове противнике. Нешто што неки у америчким медијима називају „ссиндром растројености због Трампа“ већ достиже критичне размере.
Повлачење из Транспацифичког партнерства; наредба о зидању зида на граници са Мексиком; наредба о истрази о гласачким малверзацијама (која ће, ако буде правилно проведена, скоро сигурно разоткрити масовно незаконито гласање лица која немају америчко држављанство а која у САД живе легално или нелегално, с обзиром да доказ држављанства није потребан (!) при регистровању за гласање); инсистирање да жели да се добро слаже са „убицом“ Владимиром Путином; и скраћивање разговора са аустралијским премијером због идиотског обећања Барака Обаме да ће прихватити муслиманске избеглице које наши другари са континента „доле испод“ сами не желе да прихвате – све то је разбеснело дежурне бунџије.
Али је праву објаву рата изазвало његово наређење да се уведу ограничења на улазак у земљу људи из седам већински муслиманских земаља које је Обама означио као проблематична места, а да нико од напредних надзорника „толеранције“ и „исламофобије“ није ни писнуо. Како је приметио Срђа Трифковић, Трампова наредба представља први корак у увођењу идеолошког теста у циљу спречавања идеолога џихада да уђу у САД (види The Real „Muslim Ban” и мој чланак If He Doesn’t Like Trump’s Exclusion of All Muslims, Obama Must Exclude Advocates of Sharia and Caliphate).

УКИДАЊЕ ПРЕДСЕДНИЧКЕ НАРЕДБЕ?

Ако Трамп успе да ову наредбу проведе у дело, то ће му обезбедити позицију са које ће моћи да прегази своје непријатеље у обе политичке партије – и они то знају. Зато је њихова реакција толико хистерична и цинична. Мејнстрим медији, неуморни непријатељи Трампа и америчког народа, ретко помињу да је списак земаља заправо Обамин. (Искрено, то је лош списак. На њему се налази Иран – а колико су терористичких напада у САД или Европи извели Иранци, или било који шиити?
А погледајте ко није на њему: Саудијци (11. септембар), Пакистанци (терористички напад у Сан Бернардину), Палестинци (терористички напад у Форт Худу), Авганистанци (напад у Орланду). И, кад смо већ код тога, где су на списку Федерација Босне и Херцеговине или криминална псеудодржава „Косово“?) Ипак, треба од некуд почети, а наредба се може подесити у неком наредном времену.
То јест, ако уопште буде било прилике да се спроведе. Јер, поступајући на бестидно политички начин, судија федералног окружног суда у држави Вашингтон зауставио је наредбу, што је Девети подручни суд (где је упућена жалба Беле куће), који је и најгори у земљи, управо 9. фебруара и потврдио. (Као што се обично каже у Врховном суду САД: „Овај случај долази као жалба на пресуду Деветог подручног. А додатни разлози за поништење пресуде укључују…“) Трамп би могао да тражи да се цео Подручни суд изјасни (што би опет био узалудан покушај) или да се жали Врховном суду САД.
Под условом да Врховни суд уопште и прихвати да размотри жалбу, што уопште није извесно, највероватније ће се поделити на четири према четири (у најбољем случају, с обзиром да место деветог судије још увек није попуњено). Штавише, што неки претпостављају да може да се деси, псеудоконзервативни судија Врховног суда Ентони Кенеди – онај исти који је одобрио истополне бракове – могао би да стане на страну света који терористе дочекује широм отворених руку, у ком случају би Трамп изгубио 5:3.
У оба случаја то би значило укидање Трампове наредбе. Он има опцију да наредбу повуче и затим је поново изда у модификованом облику отпорнијем на судско поништавање, али би ипак остала јасна порука: одлука о томе ко може бити безбедно пуштен да уђе у САД више неће бити у рукама легално изабраног председника, кога Устав и федерални закони овлашћују да доноси такве одлуке, већ у рукама неизабраних судија, сходно њиховим личним афинитетима. Ово је сушта супротност принципу владавине права.

Рано кресање Трампових крила ради спречавања његове намере да нашу земљу заштити од опасних уљеза представљало би само један елемент опасности која му прети. Још опасније је настојање да се фактички организује обојена револуција на улицама као реприза већ опробаног рецепта из других земаља: Филипина, Србије, Грузије, Украјине (двапут), Египта, Либана – да именујемо само неке од успешних примера. Сада се та иста комбинација „дубоке државе“ и Џорџа Сороса спрема да изврши преврат против изборне воље америчког народа да се наша земља обнови и сачува.

„АНТИФАШИСТИ“ ОБУЧЕНИ У ЦРНО

Насиље против „погрешне врсте“ политичког говора се легитимише и преко масмедија нормализује. „Антифашисти“ обучени у црно, нове верзије Маових црвених гардиста и Ремових смеђокошуљаша, туку и прскају мирне грађане сузавцем. Такозвани новинари наглас размишљају о томе да ли треба извршити атентат на председника или не. Једна позната личност јавно фантазира о дизању Беле куће у ваздух.
Американци су подељенији него што су икад били још од 1861. Израз „грађански рат“ се све чешће чује, како у „хладној“ варијанти, тако и у контексту могућност да постане „врућ“. Пола Америке мрзи ону другу половину. Постали смо практично странци једни другима, не слажемо се више чак ни око основних принципа везаних за Бога, човека и смисао живота. Сецесионистички покрети добијају незабележену подршку (поготово у Калифорнији – само нека иду и са собом понесу својих 55 демократских електорских гласова!).
Све заједно, има основа за обазриви песимизам. Трамп је победио своје републиканске ривале, победио је Хилари, а можда може да победи и удружене ништарије које су се мобилисале против њега. Али далеко од тога да је то сигурна ствар. Он је у тој борби практично сам, са малобројним савезницима од поверења у сопственој партији, па чак и у својој тек рођеној администрацији. (Ово је посебно забрињавајуће кад је реч о области националне безбедности, о чему ћу писати неком другом приликом.)
Да би Трамп победио, мораће да се држи сопствених инстинката и визије. Прављење компромиса ради придобијања оних који му се противе било би фатално. Оне које може да придобије придобиће само тако што ће испунити своје основно обећање да ће опоравити привреду и обезбедити посао за радне људе.
Заправо, Трамп није потпуно сам. Још увек има оне десетине милиона људи који су гласали за њега, и који мрзе његове непријатеље исто онолико колико Трампови непријатељи мрзе њега.

India will set a new record with its planned launch of 104 satellites off the back of a single rocket – a daunting feat that would see India beat Russia, which launched 39 satellites in one go in 2014.
The launch will take place on Wednesday, and will involve one massive satellite weighing around 714kg, and 103 smaller ‘nano-satellites’ with a combined weight of 664kg. The rocket will lift off from the Sriharikota spaceport, according to a Tuesday statement by the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), cited by AFP.

Indian rocket lifts record haul of 20 satellites into orbit (VIDEO)
The main Earth observation satellite is said to be domestically-built, while other smaller ones are from places as diverse as Kazakhstan, the Netherlands and the UAE, as well as the US, which built 96 of the satellites.
India is looking to compete with other major players in securing its own share of the rapidly-expanding telecom market. It is also known for having a particularly low-cost space program, which sets records regularly.
Aside from this year’s proposed record launch, India set a new national landmark last year with a 20-satellite launch on a single rocket.
And unlike NASA’s costly Curiosity rover and accompanying Mars mission, India sent a satellite to orbit the Red Planet in 2013 for a relatively cheap $73 million. Compare that with the Americans, who spent $671 million on theirs.
In addition, India is responsible for some of the cheapest satellite launches on Earth.
But the ISRO isn’t resting on its laurels. The organization is looking to mount its own missions to Venus and Jupiter in the near future, similar to what NASA is planning.[/size]

To sanctions!

The myth that is propelling the Trump Manchurian candidate conspiracy theory is that Putin desperately needs sanctions removed, and therefore has installed a puppet in the White House to do away with them.
Not quite.
Here is Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, explaining why Russia is not looking for "mercy" from the West:

As we wrote not long ago:

Since the first day of sanctions, western political analysts have written lenghty tomes about how western sanctions will crush Russia; about how the Russian economy will collapse; about how Russians will starve in the unswept streets; about how Putin is months — maybe days! — away from being deposed by an angry mob of hungry Russians, desperate for the sweet taste of Monsanto corn and color revolution.
What an absolute pleasure it has been to read, and laugh at.
The truth is that sanctions (and counter sanctions) might have saved the Russian economy. Struggling with rock bottom oil prices, Russia found salvation in its manufacting and agricultural industries, which were underdeveloped but highly competitive do to the devaled ruble. The tired cliche about Russia being "a giant gas station" (hat tip to John McCain) was always a childish exaggeration. But before the sanctions (and counter sanctions), Russia really was underperforming in terms of agricultural and manufacting output.
The sanctions essentially forced innovation and investment in these industries — with spectacular results.

And sanctions were supposed to hurt Russia's energy sector the most. But we just learned on Monday that Russia's oil and gas sector is as strong as ever.

Trump says that sanctions won't be lifted until Crimea is "returned" to Ukraine.
Well, that settles it, then.
