Members of Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham have allegedly agreed to surrender the neighborhood of al-Waer of the Syrian city of Homs to government forces, AlMasdarNews reported on Monday.
The agreement was reportedly made with mediation of the Russian Reconciliation Center.

“According to opposition activists, the rebels and civilians wanting to leave Al-Wa’er will be transported out of Homs City to unnamed location, most likely the Idlib Governorate.
Government activists have reported a similar agreement in Al-Wa’er, with the remaining militants and their families being transported out of Homs City within the next 6-8 weeks by the Syrian Red Crescent and military police.
Similar agreements have been put in place in the past; however, this evacuation plan was established by the Russian Reconciliation Center instead the government’s reconciliation committee,” AlMasdarNews’ article reads.

The Syrian army has retaken the Mustadira Mountain from the ISIS terrorist group in the area northeast of Palmyra.
The control over the Mustadira Mountain allows government troops to set a fire control over the western part of the Mustadira gas field. This will likely lead to the liberation of the area in the nearest future.

Kurdish forces on the brink of cutting ISIL’s main supply line from Raqqa to Deir Ezzor

BEIRUT, LEBANON (5:50 P.M.) – The Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) continued their large-scale offensive in the eastern countryside of Al-Raqqa Governorate on Tuesday, targeting the Islamic State’s defenses along the Raqqa-Deir Ezzor Highway.
Backed by U.S. Coalition airstrikes, the Syrian Democratic Forces liberated the village of Khass Hibal and the nearby Al-Kulayb Grain Silos, leaving them within 43km of the provincial capital.
As a result of this advance, the Syrian Democratic Forces are now on the verge of cutting off the Islamic State from the Raqqa-Deir Ezzor Highway.

Perhaps one of the Islamic State’s most important supply routes, the Raqqa-Deir Ezzor Highway has been constantly used by the terrorist group to transport supplies and reinforcements from Iraq to Raqqa City.

sutra bi po planu tigrovi trebali u pogon opet,  kaze damir da se der hafer zaobilazi a mozda cak i jirah aviobaza, 
po nekim prognozama kad ih projdu bar sa jedne strane bit ce najvjerovatnije bjezanija stakora da ne ostanu u okruzenju, krenuo je i  juzni alepo , taru ih svim sto mogu bacit na njih, kozojebi dovukli ogromne snage na sjeverozapadni alepo a ovi lupili juznije, cim se vrijeme malo poboljsa u planinama latakije krece i fronta tamo a u hami se vec naveliko ispipava odbrana kozojeba, i s te strane ce udarit, tri pravca koliko sam skuzio,  kurdi ciste lijevu obalu eufrata i uskoro se ocekuje prekid logisticke linije izmedju deir zoura i raqe al ne cisto da ce ih presjeci nego ce ih imati na vatrenoj liniji, svega par kilometara
u deir zouru je krvavo, 
veli damir da je prije par dana bio u bonici kod jednog suborca pa je pricao sa likom kojeg su prebacili iz deir zoura, mrtvih na obje strane, bespostedno se tamane da je ne vjerovat, kaze da vise nikog ne jebe dva posto ocel poginut,  prica lik da su zarobili 4 isilovca i nakon ispitivanja ih dali udovicama iz shaitat plemena, ove ih zatukle vrbovim shibama,  sunce ti jebem al su ti cvilili jer je to trajalo i trajalo, tri  cetri dana su ih sibale skoro pa bez prestanka, dok god su davali znaka zivota
